This is the case from Uttarakhand where a nurse of a private hospital has been raped and murdered while returning home from hospital her face was crushed with a big stone by the accused who dumped her body in a empty plot in a Uttar Pradesh Village near Uttarakhand border. Her body was missing since July 30 while returning home from work, the nurse’s body was recovered from Dibdiba village on August 8 with her face damaged very badly and was not able to recognize. On July 31 the victim’s Sister filed a missing complaint with the local police after her sister did not come home from last night.

According to the police, the man first dragged her to the bushes where he raped her badly and killed her and dumped her body in a empty plot. According to the police the accused robbed her, looted 3000/- from her bag, took her Jewellery, her Mobile phone and other valuables and fled. The police arrested the man from Rajasthan after they tracked the victims phone to the location. And the victim was tracked with the help of CCTV footage and by tracking the location of her mobile phone.
The accused is a “drug” addict and does not know the women. During interrogation, man said that he followed the nurse while she was returning home from work with the intention to loot her, as he was in need of money SSP Manjunath said. When she reached a deserted silent area, he Forcely took her to the bushes and throttled her with “Scarf” and when she tried to raise an alarm. The accused then raped her and killed her, the police officer said.
The incident comes widespread protest over the rape and murder of the doctor in Kolkata on August 9. यह मामला उत्तराखंड का है जहां एक निजी अस्पताल की नर्स के साथ बलात्कार किया गया और उसकी हत्या कर दी गई, जब वह अस्पताल से घर लौट रही थी तो आरोपियों ने उसके चेहरे को एक बड़े पत्थर से कुचल दिया और उसके शव को उत्तराखंड की सीमा के पास उत्तर प्रदेश के एक गांव में एक खाली प्लॉट में फेंक दिया। . एक दिहाड़ी मजदूर को पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार कर लिया। 30 जुलाई को काम से घर लौटते समय उसका शव गायब था, नर्स का शव 8 अगस्त को डिबडिबा गांव से बरामद किया गया था, उसका चेहरा बुरी तरह क्षतिग्रस्त हो गया था और वह पहचान नहीं पा रही थी। यह भयावह घटना उत्तराखंड के उधम सिंह नगर जिले में हुई और आरोपी को 14 अगस्त को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया। 31 जुलाई को पीड़िता की बहन ने स्थानीय पुलिस में गुमशुदगी की शिकायत दर्ज कराई जब उसकी बहन कल रात से घर नहीं आई।
पुलिस के मुताबिक, शख्स पहले उसे खींचकर झाड़ियों में ले गया जहां उसने उसके साथ बुरी तरह रेप किया और फिर उसकी हत्या कर दी और शव को एक खाली प्लॉट में फेंक दिया. पुलिस के अनुसार आरोपियों ने उसके साथ लूटपाट की, उसके बैग से 3000/- लूट लिए, उसके आभूषण, उसका मोबाइल फोन और अन्य कीमती सामान ले लिया और भाग गए। पीड़ित के फोन की लोकेशन ट्रैक करने के बाद पुलिस ने उस व्यक्ति को राजस्थान से गिरफ्तार कर लिया। और पीड़िता को सीसीटीवी फुटेज की मदद से और उसके मोबाइल फोन की लोकेशन ट्रैक करके ट्रैक किया गया।
आरोपी “नशे” का आदी है और महिलाओं को नहीं जानता। पूछताछ के दौरान, व्यक्ति ने कहा कि जब नर्स काम से घर लौट रही थी तो उसने उसे लूटने के इरादे से उसका पीछा किया, क्योंकि उसे पैसे की जरूरत थी, एसएसपी मंजूनाथ ने कहा। जब वह एक सुनसान शांत इलाके में पहुंची, तो वह उसे जबरदस्ती झाड़ियों में ले गया और “दुपट्टे” से उसका गला घोंट दिया और जब उसने शोर मचाने की कोशिश की। पुलिस अधिकारी ने कहा, आरोपी ने उसके साथ बलात्कार किया और उसकी हत्या कर दी।
