PM Narendra Damodardas Modi born 17 September 1950 is an Indian politician serving as the present Prime minister of india Since 2014. Narendra Damodardas Modi ji was the chief minister (CM) of Gujarat from 2001 to 2014 and is the member of parliament for Varanasi. And he is a member of the Bharatiya Janata party (BJP) and of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS). And he is the Longest-serving Prime minister of india outside the Indian National Congress. Modi ji is the 14th Prime minister of india. Modiji was born in Vadnagar in Gujarat. He has completed his secondary education in Gujarat.

He joined RSS at the age of eight. And at the age of 18, he was married to Jashodaben Modi. He became a full time worker for the RSS in 1971 in Gujarat. Later on RSS assigned him to the BJP. He became a general Secretary in 1998. In 2001, Modi ji were appointed as Chief Minister of Gujarat. In the 2014 Indian general election Modi ji led the BJP to a parliament majority. Modiji began a high-profile Sanitation campaign, and introduced the goods and services tax. Modiji has done some of the great works and in 2019 general election. This was the second term of Modi ji oversaw India’ response to the COVID-19 Pandemic during which according to some reports estimates 4.7 million Indian died . In the 2024 Indian general election Modiji party lost there majority in lower house of parliament and formed a Government leading NDA (National Democratic alliance).
